Meet the Green Team: Cisco Meraki

Cisco Meraki joined us for a Green Teams clean-up on June 8th at Union Park.

Cisco Meraki is a Cloud Networking organization. They create products and services that can be managed from anywhere.

Why is volunteering for the parks important to your organization?

We love Chicago, we live here, our kids play and go to school here, we want to do our part to help keep it clean!

How does your organization’s mission relate to the work you’re doing with CPF?

We want to make life easier for everyone, that's our mission. Doing our part to help the local community aligns perfectly with our philosophy of everybody involved.

Share a highlight of your clean-up event experience.

It was amazing to see the park "transformed". It had been a couple years since the trees were last mulched and they were due for a little love. Knowing that the reason we were doing this was to allow for our fellow Chicagoans to enjoy a clean and aesthetically pleasing park meant everything to us!

Thank you for pitching in, Cisco Meraki!
