Meet the Green Team: Edelman

Edelman joined us for a Green Teams clean-up on June 23rd at Loyola Beach.

Edelman is a global communications firm that partners with businesses and organizations to evolve, promote and protect their brands and reputations. Their 6,000 people in more than 60 offices deliver communications strategies that give their clients the confidence to lead and act with certainty, earning the trust of their stakeholders.

Why is volunteering for the parks important to your organization?

Edelman was eager to find a volunteer opportunity for employees that was both COVID safe and would make an impact in our local community. Last year, after some research, we came across CPF and the Green Teams program. We had a great experience and wanted to participate again.

How does your organization’s mission relate to the work you’re doing with CPF?

Volunteering for the parks is important to our organization because Edelman’s fourth value is the Commitment to Positively Impact Society. Giving back to our local communities has been at the forefront of our work since Daniel J. Edelman founded the company 70 years ago.

Beautiful day and fun experience!

Thank you for pitching in again, Edelman!
