Moosejaw gears up the frontlines
Our friends at Moosejaw are donating supplies to the frontlines and making their gear available to you at home!
Outdoors retailer Moosejaw is one of our many friends who has helped to outfit our Camp Northerly event for years. Now, they’re getting creative with their outdoors gear, outfitting it to serve as protective equipment for the COVID-19 frontlines.
“From the beginning of this national pandemic, Moosejaw has been providing what they can to help our frontline healthcare workers,” says Moosejaw rep Charlie Long.
In California, for example, Moosejaw hats were donated to a care facility to be made into masks. Moosejaw has also participated in "Goggles For Docs" where over 200 ski goggles from the Moosejaw inventory were donated to Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit and to the University of Texas Southwestern's medical facility.
Moosejaw is also still available to equip you with what you need to relax and create your own adventure at home! Currently, Moosejaw is offering curbside pickup from all brick and mortar locations including 1901 N Clybourn here in Chicago. All you need to do is call or email your nearest Moosejaw, place your order, set a pickup time, and a Moosejaw employee will bring your items right to your car. As a special thank you for supporting curbside pickup, with each order you’ll receive a free Moosejaw tote bag.
